I don't know much about computers, but he explained everything very kindly and repaired my laptop very quickly. As an exchange student in a foreign country, I honestly had no idea how to deal with this kind of problem, so I was really worried. He responded quickly, treated me warmly, and helped me solve the issue without making the process stressful. In my case, I had accidentally spilled Coke on my laptop, and the liquid got inside and damaged part of the power system. He was able to repair it successfully and also offered me a very reasonable student price. I'm very grateful for the fast, professional, and kind service. I would definitely recommend this place, especially to students or foreigners who may feel lost when dea with a computer problem abroad.

(Translated by Google) This person isn't registered with the trade register and is working illegally! A nightmare! I went in to have an HDMI port on my graphics card repaired. He initially quoted me 80 CHF, but after seeing the model, he raised it to 120, which I accepted. A few days later, he increased it to 300 CHF because apparently it took him longer. I refused because we had agreed on the price after he saw the card. But I only found out later why it took him longer! He then called me and threatened to first break it, then take it to the police, and finally undo the repairs and return it to me in its original condition. He then arranged to meet me at a tram stop to return it. I paid him as agreed. And that's not all—the port still doesn't work! He took apart some components nearby because he didn't have the right tools for that kind of repair! He told me not to use the port anymore (because I risked breaking the entire card). He told me what I needed to buy for these new repairs, which I did, and then he blackmailed me, saying I now had to bring my entire tower with the graphics card, as if I was going to trust him with my tower after all that! But in fact, he probably doesn't even have the necessary equipment to test this kind of repair! I then found out he was working illegally, and I stopped working with him right there. Afterward, I realized that TWO screws were missing from my card!! As a result, my port still doesn't work, I'm missing two screws, and I'm being lied to and blackmailed! Avoid him!!
